- Quand les champignons sont quasi cuits, verser la crème liquide, le lait, le parmesan, remuer le tout, si besoin ajuste4 l'assaisonnement, couvrir et laisser mijoter +/-10 min à feu doux, quand la sauce à réduit le poulet est prêt, ajouter le persil ciselé.
- Servir avec des pâtes, du riz ou des croquettes.
